We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. Wigs that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

Yes. All Unice Hair products are made from 100% virgin human hair. Our hair is ethically sourced, cuticle-aligned, and has never been chemically processed.

With proper care, our hair can last 12 months or longer. We recommend using sulfate-free products, deep conditioning weekly, and storing wigs on a mannequin head when not in use.

Absolutely. Our virgin hair can be dyed, bleached, curled, and straightened. We recommend consulting a professional stylist for major color changes to maintain hair integrity.
