Shipping Information

We ship worldwide from our fulfillment centers in Los Angeles and New York. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Wigs or hairpieces that have been worn, cut, or altered are not eligible for return due to hygiene standards.
• Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Return shipping is free for domestic orders. International customers are responsible for return postage.

How to Return

Important Notes

• Custom Orders: Custom-colored or custom-length wigs are made to order and cannot be returned unless defective.
• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace it at no cost.
• Lost Packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier.
• Exchanges: We offer exchanges for different colors or lengths within 30 days, subject to availability.
